Idiomatic Expressions S1 Lesson 2

낮말은 새가 듣고 밤말은 쥐가 듣는다
[nan-ma-reun sae-ga deut-go bam-ma-reun jwi-ga deun-neun-da]
= the walls have ears

새 [sae] = a bird
쥐 [jwi] = a mouse or a rat
듣다 [deut-da] = to listen
말 [mal] = language, word, or what one says
